Jorge Antonio Abraham Magaña
Graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán (With his thesis “Brief analysis of Articles 15 and 73 of the Law on Negotiable Instruments and Credit Operations”), has completed courses on External Trade, Constitutional Law, Civil Law and Habeas Corpus, as well as various seminars and conferences to be update in the field of law. He has been a participant of the workshop "Effective Negotiating Course” of the Doctor Chester L. Karrass and in the Basic Negotiation Course, based on theories and project tools of Harvard.

He has written several collections of Criminal Laws for the State of Quintana Roo.

He was a founding partner of the Legal Firm “Asesoría Legal y Representación, S.C.”

Since 2001 is a founding partner and Managing Director of “Abraham Magaña y Asociados, S.C.”

Alfredo Cuéllar Labarthe
Graduated from the Universidad La Salle in Cancún Mexico with honors. (“Parameters to determinate the Moral Damage”).l)

He has completed Courses in Constitutional Law, Habeas Corpus, Notarial and Registry Law, Immigration and Political Analysis.

Has a Masters Degree in Constitutional Procedure Law, being a candidate for honorific mention at the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, also graduated with honors from the Masters Degree in Corporate Law, from the Universidad Panamericana.

Has been Professor in the subject of “Mexican Positive Law” at the Alexandre Institute, in Cancun and at the Thomas Alva Edison Institute on the Federal District.

Currently a Professor of the subjects “Constitutional Law” and “Individual and Social Guarantees” at the La Salle University in Cancún.

He is a Certified Attorney on Legal English for the “Legal Ease International, Inc.”.

Is an authorized arbitrator by the National Institute of Copyright (2004).

He has been an Auxiliary Public Notary on the Public Notary number 37 in the State of Quintana Roo.

He has worked as legal adviser in the company “Técnica Administrativa BAL, S.A. de C.V.”, has been an attorney for the Legal Department of the Educational Services Unit in the State of Mexico (Secretary of Public Education).

He has worked for over twenty years in the Lawyers Firm “Abraham Magaña y Asociados, S.C.”, as the holder of the areas in Civil Law, Business Law and Immigration Law.

He is currently a Partner and Head of the Immigration Law Area and the Consumer Protection Area.

José del Carmen Ambrosio Escamilla
Graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Puebla, Mexico. (The obligation bonding and the joint obligation) and has completed Constitutional Law and Habeas Corpus, Criminal Procedural Law, Legal Medicine, Methods of Identification in Criminal Investigation and Federal Litigation, and various courses and seminars on judicial ethics, Federal prosecutors Agents update and the Criminal Procedural Law update, Civil Litigation and Family Law.

Professor in the subjects of "Writing and Spelling" (CONALEP Cancun) and Social Sciences (Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz School)

He was a litigation lawyer in Gilberto Navarro Rodas Law Firm, under the direction of Edmundo Guerrero Baez; joined as Judicial Prosecutor in the Third District Court in the city of Puebla and later in the State Law Department as an agent, he was also an agent of the Attorney General Justice of the State of Puebla and Quintana Roo. Later he was Secretary of Projects in the Second and Third Criminal Courts of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico based in Cancun.

He’s been working for more than seventeen years in Abraham Magaña & Associates C. law firm, serving as a postulant attorney in Criminal Law.

Silvia Candelaria González Cruz
Graduated from Universidad La Salle (Rape between spouses), postgraduate studies at the Universidad Anahuac and Universidad Panamericana, pursuing both master's degree in Corporate Law.

She has completed the Civil and Commercial Litigation Diploma with credits for the Master Degree of Laws from the University of PostGraduate Studies in Law and a Course in science of marriage and family Diploma.

Silvia Elizabeth Valdez Palomo.
Graduated from the University of Yucatan (Administrative Procedure).

She has a Civil Procedural Law and Science of Marriage and the Family Diploma.

Teacher in the subjects of Mexican Law and Psychology at the Autonomous University of Yucatan Highschool. Also she was Teacher in Family Law, at the La Salle Cancún University.

She worked as meritorious in the Actuary of the Regional Peninsular Chamber of the Federal Taxes Court, and worked in the legal department of the State Government of Yucatan. Also she has worked as Coordinator of the Municipal Transport Commission Supervisors in the city of Merida, Yucatan.

She is been working for twenty years in Abraham Magaña & Associates C. Law Firm, serving as a postulant attorney in Family Law.

She is actually a partner of this Law Firm and Head of the Family practice group.

Rocío de la Natividad González Cruz
Graduated from Universidad La Salle (Degree granted by average), She has a Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Constitutional Law and Civil Law Diploma.

She worked in the Immigration Regulatory Area of the National Institute of Migration in Cancun, Quintana Roo.

She also worked for over twelve years as a postulant attorney in Criminal and Family Law.

Yuli Aracelly Canto Tun
